Starting to wonder how close you are now...
Neither. Don't know where you mean.
I'm not that close, I reckon I'm 40 minutes away from you so going to Wolv' for a show is only when no other options exist eg sold out due to late decisions closer to home etc.

The problem with "something to tide you over" is that the "something" can too easily become relied upon, and can be seen to be an answer.
It depends more on your Dr than the product.
The length of treatment and the withdrawal of the product needs to be in mind at the startof the treatment. Too many lazy GP's dish out the products as it's just simply easier.
Your view could just as easily apply to painkillers yet people don't come out with the "relied upon" arguments for them.
Good and sensible use of "anti-depressants" can be extremely effective.0 -
Actually I do know a single lady who lives in the Black Country, have known her for years, very nice girl - should we do a little match-making for Jelly?I think....0

And playing bowls, watching Wolves, reading and gravy. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I agree. And further, these products are slow-acting and need time to work. If they are needed they should be used sooner rather than later so someone seeking help should do so without delay. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

I think LJ might have to forgive the lack of gravy love if he is not to limit the pool of available women.
I got books from the library last week and only these evening and was happily reading a book of beautiful very short ''stories'' (hmm, rather a collection of essays) before realising it was no coincidence they were were comforting in their beauty.....I've got a copy somewhere in a box in the ''study'' half of what will be the dining room I'm pretty sure.0 -
One of my best early morning memories was lying in bed one Sunday and mum shouting up the stairs .... I trotted down to find that last night's chinese chicken curry leftovers that I'd put in the oven had been unknowingly heated up when mum'd put the oven on for the Sunday roast chicken .... so I ate it. Probably the best and most welcome chinese chicken curry I've ever had
Today things are clearer .... got through some stuff, I'll be rescued at some point soon .... old has a day out tomorrow with other olds (a day of tea sipping and war story swapping no doubt) ... and today the old was coherent. Some days the old is ga-ga and remote/moody (hard days to cope) - and sometimes the old is normal and quietly upbeat (good days). There's nothing worse than glancing round to see a wizened old sad face glumly staring at the wall/TV for hour after hour ... and feeling utterly helpless.
I managed to clear one shelf in one cupboard ... of old bags of coffee/tea that were best before early 2009. On the downside, all the recycling/sorting I did this morning .... the bugg4hs didn't take it as they obviously didn't spot it where it was (in the open gateway as opposed to in the middle of the pavement).... so that's a nuisance.0 -

Ir's a little-known fact outside curry-loving circles that curries are one of the the few foods that seem to reheat better than first time round; subjective though that may sound.PasturesNew wrote: »On the downside, all the recycling/sorting I did this morning .... the bugg4hs didn't take it as they obviously didn't spot it where it was (in the open gateway as opposed to in the middle of the pavement).... so that's a nuisance.
My work involves travel to the Netherlands, where when waste collections occur, after the van moves on a guy follows up behind to gather up any spillages and other rubbish that's been dropped and left behind. result; the place is spick and span.
It's not rocket science and yet simple things like that that improve the quality of life seem to just automatically happen in certain countries; just not in this one. :mad:There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

Like stew and soup and chilli and other wet sort of things with taste mixtures? Make sense curry would fit into that. I love curries, but cook more veg ones than meat ones, and they are lovely the first day, and the second day but after that the veg goes beyond ''flavour infused'' to broken down, and then are not so nice.
A testament to how miserable the summer has been, I didn't make my favourtie summer curry once this year.0
