    OK then:

1st Breakfast: Muesli, no milk. Lots of tea.

2nd Breakfast::o Grilled bacon, poached egg, tomatoes, two pitta breads, one with jam. Tea.

Lunch: Ham & home grown salad bap. Kit-Kat. Tea.

Snack: Club biscuit & two choc digestives. Tea.

Dinner: Fish & chips + fizzy lemonade, eaten in the car, watching dusk fall, somewhere close to Black Dog. :)

Hmmm.....In my defence, I was doing a lot of physical stuff yesterday. ;)

    I've been Money Tipped!
    yesterday:

began with an ''overdose'' (nomral for me) of magnesium, calcium and iron w/vit c and halfalitre of water.

Then coffee, coffee, coffee, coffee and coffee. (undoing all the good work of the morning)

Couple of greengages from tree, raspberries (about four ripe), few alpine strawbs throughout the day.

Supper was squid ink pasta and a nibble of camambert.

Not a very healthy day, but I was tired. (predictably because I was so wired by bed time dh and I stayed up till about 2 anyway, I said I needed the radio to sleep and as soon as he turned it off I zonked out!)

    Today:

no pills because have run out of magnesium/calcium. So, so far a coffee. Instead of breakfast I went back to bed (I know, its dreadful) for 45 mins. Now dh is having a huge piece of apple cake.

I have no idea what we'll have later, but it will almost certainly involve courgettes!

Breakfast today so far, Barocca and Ibuprofen.

May have to resort to a Red Bull and greasy fry-up shortly.

    Great night...... :)

Suffering for it today though :(

lunch: tomatoes, water, underripe plums (we'll regret that later). dh is also having cheese and putting his cheese and tomatoes in bread to make HUGE door stop sandwiches.

Oh, and he's just told me he's making coffee. :)
