It must be great train minds thinking alike. Next June the National Railway Museum in York are doing a MASSIVE week-end of steam, might be nice for a holiday break if you are interested. York is a good mix of interesting for you and your son. There will be really cheap train deals if you book early.

Didn't go tonight as was coaching at school till 4.45pm and too much of a rush to get there. Close at the finish but you deserved your win by the sounds of it...:o

Back from ww with a half a pound loss this week :T Only a small step but another step nonetheless on the way to a bikini bod next summer

Spends today = £4.30 on ww snacks and £2.95 on chippie tea for ds tonight.

Ds got two lots of homework completed while we were queuing to go in to ww too, so was a good night all round there

Bath and early night for me tonight, tomorrow night is open evening and I am covering for a colleague so will be at school til 8.30pm tomorrow night

Long long day at school today, but its been a nsd, I won £2 on a games offer, and postie has brought me a £10 voucher from a survey site and a free smoothie from something that I must have filled in online

Oops, forgot to post yesterday Nothing much happened though ... I spent £1.70 on lunch, ds had his first camhs appointment which was just an introductory thing, we wnt to a friends last night and I helped her with another bet Oh and muppet phoned to say he's now been moved to an open prison so can call more often, joy :cool:

So today ... I have a bit of housework to do this morning, then we need to pay in a cheque, get ds haircut, then later on we're heading for the shops as I want to get my Xmas cake from M&S (half price this week only) and I have a £5 Boots voucher to spend before it runs out tomorrow. Then we're going to see the Lion King 3D at 4pm Ds loves that film and I do, although the years I spent working for the company that makes it have killed a lot of the magic for me, but it is an amazing film and I can always watch it again £20 for the two of us though :eek:
