He reckons he'll only get 3 mths at worst ... says he's made mistakes but its in the past now, wants to spend more time with ds, says I have blocked that up to now and he's not having it anymore ....

I've heard the fight for more access story before, just ask him to put it all through his solicitor. He's bound to say things tomorrow to get your back up, just stay calm and polite, don't agree to anything until you've thought it over.

Every day reader, rare poster. You are a brilliant Mum and daughter, look after yourself and your son. If at all possible keep the high ground. The threat of more access sounds like someone who has made a dreadful mistake fighting back with the one thing that will stop you asking about and analysing what will happen in the current situation. Good luck to you and yours, what a very difficult time for you.

On the other hand two whole days on a bus your son must be in 7th heaven!

All I can say is Blimey! Any ideas why he has pleaded guilty today? As Pooky said, stay calm and polite tomorrow - I will be thinking of you.
Oh, and I did as Pooky did - saw your post on f/b and dived straight on over here to find out what was going on.
