Congrats on the dumping ground clearance, and the hats are gorgeous.

Hope all went well today. Will be thinking of you. You must insist on being spoilt for recovery though :D

    Thank y'all!

Surgery went. Have a mouth full of stitches and a rather bruised face but other than that all seems ok. My nose was numb for 10 hours. Most bizarre considering it wasn't anaesthetised. Have been on my very best behaviour and have only moved from the sofa to change the DVD. So far have managaged to watch half a series of Gray's Anatomy, knit a grey kitty cat hat and most of the bits for a mouse bum tea cosy. The rest of the time I've been asleep, which probably explains why I'm awake in the middle of the night.

Plans for today are pretty minimal. Will be bossing the OH about to make sure that the DDs beds are made ready for their return. I had done that on Tuesday, but hes been sleeping in one and the hound from hell was occupying the other one.

Despite OHs muttering about the table he seems to have liberally covered it in man stuff using the excuse that hes within yelling distance if I need him. If only I could open my mouth wide enough to yell.

Glad to hear all went well -I ended up back in hospital on Tuesday night _pale_ Once they eliminated meningitis and a stroke they sent me home at 2am - more drugs to try:( Feel like a walking pharmacy - actually feel like shoite and am remaining firmly stuck to sofa. Cant concentrate long enough to do anything else
