Hope you feeling better soon :)

Still feel pants, no interest in food, could quite happily spend the day in bed but I have far too much to do for that to happen.

Did manage to gut the dumping ground. Emptied all the shelving onto the floor and expanded into the kitchen and the dining room. Dismantled the last remaning shelves, the rebuilt one section elsewhere to give some storage in there, temporarily, until I figure out what the room needs. Put a whole lot of stuff back on the shelves to free up some floor space and then started shuffling boxes in the hopes of getting somewhere. Need to move a lot of stuff into the outhouse for long term storage to free up the floor. Will do that today. Hopefully on Saturday I can get the table out of the loft and repair the knackered chairs in the hopes of feeling like progress is being made. Just getting the shelves out of the way feels like major progress thogh, although the OH isn't at all impressed but then hes had a month at home to do something and has found ways not to.

Plans for today revolve around remebering to eat something and generally consuming a heck of a lot of lemsip in the hopes of staying vertical for the duration.

10 loooooong days until pay day.

Spent yesterday rearranging the former piggery. Manged to ninja tetris the contents in such a way that a whole lot more tat is now in storage. Oh arrived home and pointed out the blindingly obvious.... obviously he was being sarcastic but he did have a point. Had I reused the surplus shelving I could have crammed a whole lot more tat in there, which is precisely what I intend to do today as soon as its light enough to see what I'm doing.

Manged to do a load of laundry, the dregs of the ironing and 30 minutes random housework. Makes a huge difference to the way I'm feeling.

Plans for today involving the liberation of many shelves from their various hidey holes and the erection of a shelving unit in the piggery before I attempt to cram as much of project landie onto the shelves as humanly possible and then hopefully I'll be able to evict the spiders, get shut of the many giant geriatric cobwebs and dig out the spare dining table. OH is most definately unimpressed but I'm past the point of caring.

*Duh* I forgot the best bit.... after a month covering the relief cleaner absence it has been decided that we really need to find another relief cleaner..... really..... but in the mean time her salary is being split between two of us which should mean I get extra pay this month. Will wait to see what materialises.

Wish I had half your energy Moo! Today I have house to myself and always operate best when I can get on and do things without running the taxi service/thinking about keeping people/animals fed/watered/clean but so far I haven't achieved any of my plans :(

Theres method in the madness, really there is, I'm attempting to get on top of everything in order to take a week off and hide under a duvet feeling sorry for myself safe in the knowledge that things won't be quite as bad as they were the last time I did that. Surgery was scheduled for next week but the barstewards moved the date which means I get another couple of weeks to get really owrked up about it.

Meanwhile more tat has departed for the shed and more floor has been unearthed in the dumping ground. Having today off to do fun things in the woods.

Remember way way back when the governemnet decided to change the income level for qualifying for tax credits but couldn't implement the change fast enough and continued paying for 3 months until they caught up with themselve? Well the cough up or else letter finally arrived with the option of paying in a single lump sum or sitting on hold for an eternity to work out a repayment plan. Cheque duly bunged in the post on the basis it will clear at the end of the week thus coming out of next months salary. Oh joy. Another month of being skinter than a skint thing. On the brightside I did get a cheque in the post from my gramps and a delivery of chocolate from my parents and the demonic daughters made smurf coloured cakes. Am now a tad closer to 40.
