I am envious of the view from your kitchen window. I'm not going to post my view in retaliation, in case you too want a brick wall...
Good news about the hours, perfect for the summer and as you say once the debts are cleared you can work very sensible hours if you want to.
I'm also looking forward to a picture of the coat, I feel I've been with it every stitch of the way and would like to see the finished product please

Both DDs would love it if the ponies were theirs too. But they're not.
Glorious as the view is its rather detrimental to housework and you usually have to clean the windows to see out as the farmer likes to liberally splatter them with liquid shoite on a far too regular basis. I'd rather be outside in the sun than inside washing up so I spend v. little time at the sink in daylight hours which is why theres always a mountain of washing up to do which I avoid doing until we run out of tea spoons. Obviously using the filter machine means I can delay washing up some more but eventually I have to give in. I hate housework. In fact there are days when I'd gladly work an half day to pay for a cleaner but then my stingy side kicks in and I think actually I could shove my head down the bog and scrub off the nasties myself and then splurge on whatever it is that I've been fancying but can't quite persuade myself to part with the cash for. This MSE martyrdom thing is hard.
Am curently on an uber frugal kick in the hopes of being debt free sooner rather than later... obviously crafty splurges are a necessity along with posh squooshy bog roll and imitation cornettos. I have seen the marvelous coat! I cannot believe how much work has gone into it. It is truly a wonderful coat. However, not even for you, am I going to pray for cold weather so it can be worn....
