Anyway, I am back for a few moments and find numbers of you all over my thread like a rash ... even some Vermint character who misquoted me and gets three thanks votes for it ... Is everybody out there nuts ? :p

Blimey - I have a well deserved evening out with Mrs K3 and the world goes nuts.

Let me tell you a story - are you sitting comfortably ?

Last night we went for a walk in town and to have dinner. The same restaurant chain was calling us both and knowing they have a good, ongoing value offer we headed there. Imagine our surprise when there's no mention of the value offer anywhere outside or on the menus. Maybe the first indication was that the place wasn't full as normal on a Saturday night but do you know what we did - we voted with our feet and went somewhere else. It wasn't underhand of them - I could have come on here this morning ranting about how it's all misleading and they should have a big sign in the street saying "warning - we now charge full menu price" but instead I just exercised my rights as a customer.

By now maybe you've realised that you haven't a single supporter on here of your assertion that the 'Innocent' actions are illegal - if that makes us all nuts then great - I'm sure we can live with that but having it implied that we're stupid/gullible/uneducated etc etc is a bit rich.

Keep us updated on your legal battle please

Oh god this still going, i thought it might have died off by now. As ive said if you feel strongly about it then tell innocent or even coca cola what you think, oh and dont forget to tell justin king that sainsburys have a say in what size packaging is used for a brand owned by coca cola. When you get a reply please post it on here for us to see.

Ive not been to sainsburys HO as the underlings didnt get the oppurtunity to do so. Im basing my opinions on my assumption of how it might be and as i said prove me wrong then. I say assumption as i cant say 1 or other but contacting justin king might get you answer or maybe a straight jacket.

Ive noticed other items be reduced in size but thats how it is these days plus i focus on more important things than about packs/cartons getting smaller.

Tell you what how about the EU claiming your human rights are being breached as you cant buy innocent smooothie a drink you enjoy in a 1 litre carton.
  • Are so you are up and at'em K3 and you DCFC :p

I am sure we all missed you.

Just for you, I am battling on a little and have created a new thread as a refresher for anyone that 'doesn't get it' or indeed is simply interested in how weights and measures trickery can be performed so easily.

Why not tell innocent/coca cola about it then if you feel strongly about it.
  • I believe I already did DCFC - I have posted several times in a thread on MSE with their name in it.

Yes, because nothing tells a company you hate them more than having a whinge on a forum. Even if they could be arsed to read this, they wouldn't need to defend themselves, as everyone seems to believe the opposite to you.
If it really matters to you, write a letter to them, or email them, and await a reply.
Or, stop whinging and make your own smoothies.

WOW this thread is even more pointless than the OPs great Egg debate.............seriously OP you really need to get a girlfriend or at the very least get out of the house more.
Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.

Now be honest do you think anyone from innocent/coca cola/sainsburys will read these forums. They dont go souring the internet for disgruntled customers who are unhappy with innocent smoothies, i think not, you need to write to them.

It's rare to find a username less apt than the OP's. :rotfl:
