PARKING EYE are lying to me! How to prove it?

Thank you Kite2010 and everyone else.
I have written a very strong letter to Aldi who are going to be very peed off with the whole thing by now! Can't be bothered to write to Parking Eye as there's no point wasting any more postage or time on a consistently dishonest group of leeches who I have written to already only to have it thrown it back in my face, plus they have given me no correct complaint procedure so I've been forced to put the onus on Aldi. Let's see what their reply is.0 -

Can anyone save you from yourself?"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0 -
You could cancel all the cheques if you're quick enough with your bank?
Presumably it'll cost them almost as much to bank them as they would get for them?Originally Posted by shortcrust

You are wasting your time.Aldi won't care. How can a company have a correct complaints procedure, when what they are doing in the first place is incorrect. Would you ask a con man for his complaints procedure-its pointless.Aldi uses similar companies all round the country.0 -
It was a bit daft sending so many cheques!
My bank charge £10 to cancel a cheque, now if it was one cheque I would rather pay the bank £10 than the parking company a single penny. However, you have now made it very expensive to cancel the cheques if your bank charge for doing so :undecided0 -
I would ask them to return the cheques so I could write 1 new one for the full amount, then, well guess what.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

They would very likely just ask for another cheque for the difference.
Yeah most likely:
at least we have an example of what happens if you pay these cheating, lying, scum of a bunch of crooks, they come back for more money !Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I would ask them to return the cheques for the wrong amount as you need to send a one for the new amount.
greed may just get the better of them
Then when you get them back IGNORE THEM.
If, on the slightest off-chance, this made it to court I wouldn't want them having anything in writing from me saying that I was going to pay.0 -
