Decent, firm memory foam or latex superking size mattress for under £400???

Try the memory foam warehouse, I know they have a website, but I bought a topper from them from premises in Wakefield, really pleased with the price and quality, I think I paid £130 for 3" most dense foam you can get (whatever that is). I can't remember how much mattresses were, but I would recommend them. Might be worth a look on the website, don't know if they have any premises local to you but they do deliver. Your company and its numerous guises, "Clouds Memory Foam" & 'Silver Moon living" & "Wild Media Ltd' is a SCAM and my claim is FACT based on the fact that whilst I was lucky enough to get a refund from groupon when i realised that you was trying to scam me, you have failed to respond to my many requests to refund the postage which was paid directly to you. so, I am giving you 7 days from today to give me my money back or I will issue a winding up petition against you and your company. I will make it my mission to shut down this scam before you defraud any more innocent people out of their hard earned money. Do I make myself clear?0

I bought the pillows on the 10/09/11 and still waiting for them, had the usual replies from clouds, contacted groupon requesting refund because clouds did not fulfill the order, wrote back saying its sorted expect delivery 14 to 21 days, shows on clouds site in stock dont know what to do next.0

Hello, I'm just wondering if your order has arrived, or if you managed to get a refund? I also ordered in August (on the 6th) and I haven't received anything yet. I've called and emailed multiple times, only to be told that the delivery will be made within 10 days - which obviously never happens. Groupon have been no help, as they just ask me to be patient - I've been waiting for 5 months! I've contacted Watchdog and the Office of Fair Trading, who put me onto Consumer Direct; with their help I've submitted a formal complaint that they have one more week to respond to, before I begin legal proceedings.0 -
i ordered the douvet off them back in december and thought it was bad i hadnt recieved it but cant believe people are still waiting on orders from august!!??
I'd get onto groupon if through voucher and complain as they will likely give your money back. I've just emailed clouds but judging by the posts on here i guess i wont get a reply ;-( so frustrating as could have got another douvet by now but was holding out on this one.0 -

I placed an order in October 2011 for a couple of pillows and paid for it with a Groupon voucher and ordered an extra two pillows for £24.99. I had one lot of pillows turn up but no communication and no second pair. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund with no luck. I contacted Paypal but because it had been over 45 days since the transaction there was nothing they would do about it and i also emailed Groupon but have had no reply. I then finally managed to get through to someone at Clouds Memory Foam on the phone in January 2012. I spoke to 'Harry' on 24th January and explained my situation. I was told that he has put the refund through and it just needs to be confirmed by his supervisor and i would receive my refund by the end of the week - It has now been over two months since that phone call and i still have NO refund! I have since tried calling since but their phones are no longer in use. I have sent another email to them but doubt i will hear back. The pillows i received were 'ok' could have picked up a couple for £10 that would have been just as good. Im just really annoyed now that i cant get my money back and no one listens to my emails!!! I have also reported it to BBC Watchdog.0
