Don't know yet Birdie - probably not as it was 40 in a 30 (coming out of a 40 downhill!) - I think it's only boderline cases that get that? hopefully they'll take account of my previous good character...

Run around after me haha, more like the other way round. He is planning on cleaning the car though.

We want to go swimming tomorrow but need to check the baby pool is open. I am going to a talk on weaning this afternoon, scary that Poppy will be eating real food in not too long.

If it's raining you should definitely go to Puzzling Place in Keswick - it's brilliant! Not sure about with Poppy in tow, but it is great fun (Looks slightly naff on the website but it's not I promise!)

Tete I was doing 36 on the greenwood when they got me, although that bit is now a 40 zone *grumbes*
What speed have they said you were doing? They wont tell you about the course until you tell them you were the driver and accept responsability.

Did you have to get the points or could you go on the course? They say I was doing 40 and I'm sure they're right. It's only recently gone from a 40 to 30 zone and it's so hard not to do 40 I'm not complaining - I hate people who moan when they get caught doing something wrong - I'm just annoyed at myself.

Yikes, that sucks about the speeding ticket Tete. I know they're there for a reason but I hate 30 zones. It's so annoyingly easy to tick over 30 without knowing it. And re invest, or buy some sour apple Wham bars (I'm hooked, it's horrible)

My feet still hurt a tad from yesterday, I'm not made for standing on my feet for nearing 6 hours, I found myself leaning near the end. And I had to put up with this chap rubbing my back telling me he'd 'have' me. OH asked what I said in reply and all I honestly came up with was 'That sounds lovely, but I best get back to the Kitchen' I do, however, have enough money to go see Mr.Tattoo tonight and get something booked. Need to get my ideas straight today though, so I'm buffing up sketches inbetween paperwork today.

They offer you the course after you accept responsabilty in place of points but you pay £75 instead of the £60 fine, £15 or 3 points? I know what way I'm going...mind you a LOT of the "facts" mentioned on the course are pure scare mongering and trying to confuse people with statistics to scare them. I've heard today that part of the course was rewritten thanks to me. :D:D

Where did they catch you? I agree with you on the moaning to a point, but you know as well as I do they set up in places where its VERY easy to make the mistake and not necessarily at the spot where they'll save more lives.
