Sorry I just had to reply to the 'teeth' convo!
Brushing your teeth twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste will help to keep decay at bay, but it mostly helps keep your gums healthy (more people lose their teeth through gum disease than tooth decay:eek:). The only sure fire way of keeping tooth decay under control is by limiting the amount of times during a day that you have an 'acid attack'. So keep all sugary drinks and food to meal times, in between meals you should only have plain milk or water - i'm such a party pooper:rotfl:(If only I listened to my own advice!). Its not about how much sugar is in your diet but how often you have it. e.g. one cup of tea with 6 sugars in it is much better for you than 6 cups of tea with only 1 sugar in.
Crawls back off and gets out of lecturing mode:rotfl:

I saw that QI too Starnac, weird isn't it. I've been trying to get a dentist sorted but the nearest one accepting NHS adults is about 25 miles away and I'm sure if they'll accept someone so far away. Grr.
Just moved half my stuff home from my Newcastle house, no idea where it's all going to go. Maybe it'll give me a kick to get ebaying.
My friends are driving me mad, in a nice way, as we go on holiday soon and they now want to pay to take a bag in the hold on the plane as they don't think they can pack enough in hand luggage. It's 5 days in bikinis fgs, no a polar expedition! They claim it's money saving as we won't have to buy extra suncream there but the case is £80! I'd want my suncream to be applied by Orlando Bloom at that price.
Cinny - might join you in some shreading, I need someone to kick me to do it.
Hope everyone's enjoying their weekend, though going by your to do list Dinah I doubt yours is too relaxing

Exciting about France Dinah! We are going to the lake district in a week, I am excited for Poppys first holiday.
Archers - i am rubbish at light packing, you should see the amount of stuff i take to see my parents for the weekend haha.
Went out for the thai meal for my friends birthday last night. Was a really nice meal but felt very weird being away from poppy. She did OK for ages apparently and then started getting hungry so my Mum and Dad tried to give her a bottle but she got really worked up and upset but fell asleep eventually. Was very glad to be home with her.0
