So under 'Devices' you must have a Line that says 'Audio CD' and in the main window a listing of "Track 1, Track 2, etc. " and the Import button on the bottom right hand side?
If so, your CD isn't known in the Gracenotes database or (for some reason you can't contact the database over the internet)
What CD are you using? Try something really popular!
Or you can edit the track info yourself. Click on 'Track 1' to select it, then right-click and select Get Info, click on the Info tab and add the Artist etc. Once you've done that, click on Import... on the bottom corner and the track will do into the iTunes library with the details you've added.0 -
