My survey uk and global testmarket will send you usually at least a couple of invites per day - screened out of very few My Survey ones :D.

My Survey UK (used to be Lightspeed) are probably my best - the surveys are generally short and points are usually 50-150 each so reasonably quick to redeem. My favourite :D.

Valued Opinions are good but I get screened out quite often. I also use Global testmarket - you redeem 1000 points for a cheque for £30.12 (dependent on exchange rate - cheque comes from US).

LOL, yeah I noticed that about Mysurvey, doesn't have a register option. I had e-mailed them, but in the meantime I tried just basically googling Mysurvey register and now I'm registered.

Still trying to chop away at this, only dark cloud gathering is we had a boiler problem, we are covered so that was good, but the engineer (British Gas) said that we could be doing with some sort of magnesium extractor that starts at £259. Also the parts on our boiler (is quite old) won't be getting made any longer so if anything major goes wrong with it, a new boiler would be required. However we'll look at that, as the guy did say the boiler is running okay, but just in case.

Also I've just got a new car. I've moved to a diesel to help with the long journeys to work so hoping to see a decrease in fuel costs, I hope to save anywhere from £50 per month upwards with the new car all in all. This will hopefully go towards a bit more payment towards our visa bills (all on 0% till around 2013).

Oh and also forgot to add that I've been doing surveys and I'm getting some return soon.

Already applied for a £10 Tesco voucher, and am not far away from about another £30+ in one way or another.

    Hi,

I don't have a 85k mortgage? I am around 60k or maybe a bit lower, and I'm currently on the standard variable 2.5%. I have 25 years (well it's probably nearer 24 now) mortgage payments to go, but I might once we're a bit better off, reduce the term and pay the extra.

The site in general has really helped, some great advice and already it's worked a treat.

This thread is just to let people know how things are moving along.

Everyone is really helpful and I've probably saved/made hundreds, maybe thousands already basing on what I've done.

    Just a little update.

Looking to see some savings now on my car fuel having moved to a diesel, that will go towards hopefully paying a bit extra to the credit cards.

Also, my surveys are now starting to pay off.

Valued Opinions I have already received my first £10 (took it against Tesco) and used it last night. :) Just sent away for my next £10 too (again used against Tesco). And am nearly half way to another. :D

Toluna - I'm more than half-way towards a £30 Debenhams voucher, but might elect to get a £15 voucher for HMV and get Footy Manager 2012 for my computer instead of using my Gamestation credit. :) .

My Survey - I can send away for a £10 Debenhams or Argos voucher which can go towards a Xmas prezzie. And I'll be half way to another £10. I could elect for a £15 Paypal credit, but think I might have more flexibility with the voucher.

Not even that far away with the likes of Gratispoints and also Newvista which might come good near Xmas too. :)

    Hey FD

Sounds good, don't you just love a good voucher :D. The surveys are a bit mind numbing to do, but at the end of the day its free money, and that's the way I look at it. I try to do them whilst on nightshift (in the NHS's time:o).

Valued Opinion and My Survey are good for amassing credit quickly - Toluna I always found take a very long time to actually receive the voucher so maybe don't count on that one for Christmas. Good luck xxj
