Pink_Glitter wrote:There are loads of half price offers in Sainsburys at the moment on all the promo ends. Nearly every end was full of half price stuff. Things I noticed were:
Pantene colour shampoos, conds, intensive conds
Rice Krispies
Oatibix
Batchelors tinned soups
Lots lots more that I can't remember!
I was going to stock up but didn't have a pound for a trolley so couldn't! I hate coin trollies!!!
If you ask at CS on the way in they give you a coin thing you just return after your shop.Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together.0 -

Yeah I know but I already had an arm-full of stuff and I have a broken wrist so I was too wound up to mess around! I will go back tomorrow.
Their website tells you other things I forgot that were half price:
Be Good to yourself range
Evian 12pack
Actimel 12pack
Chicken breasts
Glist dishwasher tabs
Flash cleaners
Vicks products
Olay skincare
Own brand pizzas
Goodfellas delicia pizzas
Philadelphia
Bagels
Youngs salmon fillets
Bud Ice 20pack
Hardy's wines
Innocent Kids drinks
Grapes
Pears
Stir-fry beef
Toilet Duck fresh brush
Think my mission tomorrow is to only buy stuff that is half price! Shouldn't be too difficult!0 -
dianasnan wrote:Just bought 2 500gm slabs of Mature Stilton at Sainsbury Calcot for 49p each reduced from £3.25. They have a best before date of 20/01/2006 so will keep for a while. Would make great stilton and brocoli soup . they had loads on the end of the cheese aisle at 5pm tonight if anyone is interested.
I,m going to risk cutting one up into chunks and freezing it for use in my salads in the next month.
We buy 1/2 a stilton every christmas & cut it up & freeze it. It freezes really well, so if you ever see any get it & pop it in the freezer0 -
