Also worth noting that ebay seem to think an early resolution is a good thing as they are changing the time limits down to 8 days for a claim against a seller with an incentive for the seller to do a refund or resolve the issue within 3 days following that.

  • They are of your concern as they are your customers. That is the attitude I talk of when I would go through other channels rather then work with a seller with such an attitude as that. Sorry.

If you had a query with me you wouldn't be brushed off, you'd firstly be thanked for your email, be informed of the dispatch date, service used, standard delivery time-frames and the last point at which it may arrive. You'll be apologised to and then reassured that we'll look after you and be asked to contact us again after a certain date (2 weeks from dispatch) for a full and immediate resolve.

Should you choose to ignore this and open a dispute, you would be waiting the full 10 days for a resolve and I wouldn't care what feedback you left, it's a matter of principle.

Buyers may supposedly 'hold all the power' but that doesn't mean I'll bow down to unreasonable demands. If you don't trust my reassurances which are offered you shouldn't have shopped with me in first instance as you clearly have trust issues and should stick to branded retailers.
