Hi everyone.....
I am tempted by this great kindle offer - just wondering if i can ask a slightly silly question?
I am aware that the 3g means you dont have to be connected to wifi to access the internet.... (so i am asuming it works off the same prinicpal as my iphone....) However do you have to sign up to a data plan? And what happens if you use 3g abroad? Or is it a case of paying the extra for the 3g version and everything is included (except the books!)
I have googled my question but cant seem to find the answer am looking for!
Thanks for any help you can give me

You don't have to sign up for a plan - it's all included and the Kindle comes ready to go out of the box.
Don't expect it to be fast - but it's good for online mail, news etc!0 -

Do u mean data plan (internet access) is included in the price of 3G version, if thats true then you can basically have free internet access around the globe!!! Does not sound right0 -

Look for a charger suitable for an HTC Wildfire or Blackberry phone as the cable provided fits into these chargers. Probably others too but these are the phones I have in the house which suit.
I paid about £7 for an official HTC charger but you can get them cheaper on Ebay or Amazon.0 -

YES - and it is right.
But don't expect speed or frills. Fine for news/email browsing - not going to be downloading movies or watching flash content. The little processor in the Kindle won't cope!0 -
