Just refuse to take delivery or send it back via the post office for free if you are worried! You will only lose £3.50 delivery charge.
I've had an LXDirect account for years and have used lots of codes I wasn't entitled to, including %age discount ones on high value items (only to make them cheapest available supplier!:D) and have never had them cancelled or had money re-charged.British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -
I have received the order confirmation by email.
But when I clicked on the link they provided for tracking the order, the order value appears to be £29.60
But the email order confirmation says :
Total including delivery £4.60
Sounds confusing....Any thoughts what can be done???0 -
Not a bad deal....even better when you can pass them straight onto Envirfone for more cash/value!!!:j

Thanks for your reply.
As you have been with them for quite long time, you must have experienced this in past.
Can you please let me know how do they charge your card?
Do they first charge you the full amount and then refund the discount amout?
Can you please guide me based on your past experience with LXdirect0 -
they just called me and told me that they had cancelled my order and were cancelling all such orders- scum!0
