Ah. I do buy lots of those, but we call them Red Badge items. This is because, years back, the local supermarket use to use Red stickers on them, and my father (who had a sense of humour) used to say we needed a "red badge of courage" to eat stuff on - or over- it's sell-by date!!
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

My never pay full price list is huge!!!
    Main things are...
    Loo rolls,
Toiletries ( we have whatever shower/hair products are on special)
Cleaning products are never bought at full price
Instant BBQ's are only got in end of season sales
Bikkies and Crisps for Pack ups are whatever is on BOGOF
    the list goes on :D
I also have to pick items up for work for people from various supermarkets - so I always look for special offers at same time :D my only sadness is that I cant claim Mr T CC points or Mr S Nectar points if work related purchases :(

Do you have an app phone or iPod Touch? Download the Sainsburys app and you can get extra points for buying certain things. These were on my list in the past month which I can remember. I only buy things that I need - hair dye - which the one I use (300 points) 2 pints milk (100), Head and Shoulders conditioner - even better I had £1.50 off coupon (200)

    Much the same as others,

    bread
toiletries (shower gel / shampoo etc)
    Cleaning products
    Washing powder / softener
    Juice
    butter / spreads
    Toilet roll

Basically I will buy what's on offer accross nearly all of my shopping, unless I know it to be something I don't like the taste of etc.

I only buy Branston baked beans.

I am not buying any at the moment as doing the emptying cupboards and freezer challenge - I started the thread. I have only bought my Branston beans when they have been on offer. Either buy 2 get 2 free, 3 for £1 etc.

Tempted at work at the moment as 4 pack is 99p

Crisps - I get what ever is on offer. And if nothing - shops own if not too dear.
Rollo yoghurts - constantly on offer and my OH loves them.
Toilet paper - and if I have to then shops own, but I usually stock up.
Vimto - I try to stock up when on offer or extra 25%, sooo expensive for cordial! (but I love it)
Coke - always somewhere on offer.
I try to stock up on rice and pasta when on good offer, but sometimes I have to pay full price, the same goes for tea bags.
Ready made meals - only used as a back up.
    Wine!!!:-))

I also go to B&M a lot. There are 2 on my way home from work. Great shop!!
