Thank you all for my birthday wishes :o:D (more than I got from some of my real life family and friends :()

Did have lots planned for today but managed to sleep through the alarm clock so was in a mad rush this morning. Had to open cards and presents with the DDs and then ended up having to take DD2 to school cos she was late - again.
Haven't actually started list yet but have -
    • accompanied DD1 to her grandparents to watch her water their plants as theyre on holiday and pick up my card and presents (new flip flops and a tshirt :))
    • started rewriting household budget to cover some bills not paid due to unexpected vet bill
    • decluttered an early lunch and coffee made by DD1 :D
    • 1 x WM - 2nd load on now
    • 1 x DW
    • cat litter trays done
    • attacked half the overgrown back garden with DD1's help, this is a HUGE frog task , would have done more if it hadn't been so damn hot!! Will go back out this evening when it's cooler
DD1 and I WERE going to go my Tae bo dvd but decided that the garden workout was just as good :)

  • If either of you fancy a back to back (yeah right :p) I'm starting a HHC at 2:45

I chanced a run to the postbox and amazingly the DHL man didn't arrive. Just had a text from O2 saying my parcel will be here BY 9PM  Well I sure as heck won't be, I'll be down the pub if he's that late! God, now I've got my fingers crossed for 'before dinnertime'
  • Well... HHC slightly delayed for the lovely couscous I just made :D with chicken stock and pesto, I've got no idea where that came from ('stuff in my fridge') but it's delish :p

(Confession for the day - when I made the chicken stock my first thought was 'ooh, smells like supernoodles'... I'll get me coat :( )

Mmmm chicken supernoodles. YUM! Have you had the 25p chicken noodles from HB? They're awesome! :D I usually have something carp like that when DD is at nursery, so i only have me to think about at lunch. That will change soon mind you, DS is eating more and more stuff that we eat!

    In my HHC i...
    • Put washing out on line
    • Put some in TD to air
    • Put DD on potty
    • Unloaded DW
    • Got DS up from nap
    • Loaded DW again
No back to back for me! DS needs feeding now anyway, so i will see how that goes. Feeding him is getting so annoying at the moment. He's more interested in watching DD than drinking so i usually end up with it being a battle. Oh well, it won't be long until he's on bottles for his 2 daytime feeds. Just need to finish weaning him off his night feeds first. 4th night last night and going well!! :)

Oooh I think so, the chinese/japanese ones? :D though I normally splurge and get proper super noodles for 10p more ;) but I only accidentally found out that a chicken stock cube = that powder sachet quite recently so I still had a stock, which I'm using ;) and then I'll just buy the 9p ones and use a stock cube :D

I often wonder what people think when I go to the checkout with basics weetabix and TTD king prawns in the same basket ;) speaking of which, basics weetabix are exactly the same, but square! :rotfl: it's such a strange thing to see in your bowl but of course, they taste exactly the same.

I did level 1 in my HHC, as well as 1xWM (first one I've done in about a year... well, when your mum volunteers to do your washing...! :p) and some dusting. It's amazing what you can get done in half an hour :D there was lots to declutter...
