Good morning girls, well it's a lovely day here in Kent - although there are a few grey clouds in the sky. But my little weather station is showing a lovely sun on it, so it looks like it will be a sunnyish day today. I do hope so as I want to put a fair bit of washing out on the line today - I had to go and buy some more pegs from Wilko's at the weekend to accommodate the load of laundry I end up putting on the line…:D Oh and they had to be certain pink and blue ones so that they matched the ones I already had - DH just shook his head as I was rummaging amongst the rack of pegs until I found the ones I wanted :D

  • Hmph, delivery isn't here still. Could've stayed in bed longer! Having read the entire stardrops thread I'm hoping my local HB-like shop has it in so I can get some when I go for my toaster and my swisher (my list is growing...)

Still keep forgetting to say a big happy birthday to Wendywitch _party_

Hello all; I'm attempting "in" again this week - many thanks to FCC.

One thing I have decided - I often find myself doing jobs that really don't need doing, "just" because they're on the List; I need to stop doing that, and if it's not necessary, not do it! My spoons seem to be disappearing at a rate of knots lately (the way my hair's falling out, I reckon it's jolly old flare-time again - booooo hiss) so it's silly to waste them doing jobs for the sake of it.:o

    Anyways -Hoppy Birdday Wendywitch.

Have a lovely honeymoon Mr & Mrs Ajmoney.

Buggalugs if I lived a bit closer to you, I'd come and evict Arachne for you. I'm the same with wasps - I just shut the door on them and let Mr LW deal!:o

I'm glad it's the living room today - I didn't do a terribly thorough dust last week, and it'll be good to get all the dragons properly dusted before Mr LW's next day wfh (Wednesday).;)

ETA: I'll get started by joining Natty and Tooch's HHC.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
