Morning All
I managed another couple of hours sleep but now I'm up and the WM and TD are on. The football strip is in the WM so I hope it doesn't rain today then it will be dry for tonight and I can take it with me so it will be out of the way. Got a banging head but hopefully that will go when I've taken some parrots.
Have a good day all
Hugs

Morning Folks,
I was woken this morning to DH saying I wasn't to use the extention lead for the wm and he then left for work. I now don't know if I'm allowed to use the wm with another lead. My morning routine is stalled.

Morning and Happry Birthday to wendy witch.
Welcome to the thread misstamsilakanwal
So plan for today is - work this morning followed by the gym _pale_ Not quite sure yet whether to just break myself in again gently with just a swim or go hell for leather and use the treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer and then do some ickle circuits.
Also going to start keeping a food diary today. I'm not on a diet as such. Just keeping an eye on what's going in and trying to stick to 1800 calories a day ish. Worked for me last time and I was losing a couple of pounds a week. Also, I'm starting to restrict the ciggies with a view to packing up again over the next few weeks:D So only allowed 17:eek: today, 2 of which have work gone already
Flying will commence this afternoon/evening after I've recovered from my gym ordeal;) I know I'll enjoy the gym once I get going again. It's just the getting going regularly that's the problem:o
Right off too get ready for work. Have a lovely day ladies and I'll see you for a couple or four of HHC challenges later on!
kazwookie - I'd be interested to hear what you've been doing re excercise etc. I think it was you that said you'd lost 55lbs since Christmas was it?:T0 -
Morning all!
wendywitch, have a wonderful birthday!!
misstamsilakanwal, welcome!
Frittered Away, I used diluted stardrops in a spray bottle about 1:6 with water and that shifted the grease on top of my kitchen cupboards. I sprayed it, left it for a minute and then wiped with a damp cloth. Shame no one except me will appreciate how clean they now are! lol!
DD isn't up yet, so i am just enjoying a coffee before cracking on. DS is a bit moody today though - blummin teething!Must catch up with the laundry from over the weekend so i hope the rain stays to a minimum.

Morning lovelies!
Happy Birthday Wendywitch :bdaycake: have a super day xx
Got the engineer guys coming this avo to bore holes in my kitchen floor, and I'm cleaning it? lol It's done anyway and wont be ashamed when they come through the door. Done pack-ups and tidied LR too.
DD1 is viewing an apartment this morning, hope it's right for them and they can move in asap, they're at his mams house but need their own place. She's having my gawd awful most uncomfiest settees in the world, which look fabulous but make me ache, so I might be settee-less back end of this week/next week ...loads of space though :j we shall sit on an old two seater that's currently in the dining room and I'm acquiring a fabulous remote controlled recliner from one of my customers, so that'll do. FLING!
Need to hoover through when I get back in, then just pottering mostly, got my notebook list updated and some things ticked off.

Hi everyone I hope you don't mind me posting. I always pop in and follow the thread etc and do all the bits I can. But I just had an eeek moment!! I am still shuddering. I decided that as well as doing the list I would do the spare room. It is where I dry clothes etc when it is raining. I went in all happy chappy and humming away to myself. started taking the dry washing off and pile it together to carry downstairs to iron etc.. and then it happened!!
A flippin great fat spider ran out of them!!! Yes I shrieked and now I can't bear to go back in to get anything. oh boy. I'll wait til OH comes home and innocently ask him to bring the ironing down off the bed
Yes I know you will all call me stupid, but trust me I don't even like pics of spiders never mind the real thing. and so close!!! Eeeeeeeeewwwwww.
Sorry to whinge.
Whilst I am here I shall say Thank You to everyone who runs and follows this thread, you help me enormously.
