    Morning lovelies!

It's raining BOO! It obviousy knew I was off this w/e and wanted to cut the grass :D and I've got some washing to do. Still it's cleaning the building site dust off the car.

Going to pop into town soon to put some money in the bank and what not, I still haven't recovered physically from my new job on Thursday...and yesterdays on top of it, thankfully it will improve as the weeks go on. Should do some cardio excercise :o

Harry Potter last night was fabulous! and I'm a sucker for 3D, DD1 wasn't too impressed with it and it took me an age to find a parking space

    Morning everyone

Thanks Toots, hope you are ok too? I just have the Snug to do which a quick HHC will soon sort. Finished most of the packing last night too. Fair to say my sister really wouldn't mind it being a mess but I would :o

I just need George (who has seen the suitcases and is clinging!) to get off my knee. Last year she bit my sister for not being me.....

Just off to light a candle for Diva, then HHC 8.45-9.15 anyone?

    Also thinking of Lady Liberty

:wave:Dusty, Serena, AnW, Mrs Chaos, Pollybear and Poohbear if you are lurking.

Hope everyone has a good week.

    Morning all!

Didn't get on at all yesterday - mainly due to sleep deprivation:- saw Harry Potter at midnight - got home about 3am. Awake at 6.15 - oH sounded all surprised that he had to sort tea as I was going out -HE HAD KNOWN FOR 3 WEEKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He stormed off claiming 'but I have to do the pitch!' (cricket) and was unimpressed by the argument that there are 11 people in a team surely someone else can do it?

Got DD2 up and made executive decision to take her to GP's with ear pain. Saw nurse who confirmed ear canal red and swollen. Then she used the same instrument to look into the good ear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - Which has probably transferred the infection!!!!!!!!

This trip to GP's and to chemists for the drops meant i didn't get back to bed yesterday morning :mad::mad:..... but I did grab 90 mins yesterday afternoon so managed the work night out. Food was good but the place was too noisy - couldn't hear anyone hardly. Declined to go on further ( I am not a nightclub person) and cycled home in the rain at 10ish.

Today - well we're in chaos so lots of effort required. Rain is pouring so OH will probably be here instead of playing cricket and DD2 can sit and vegetate on the sofa..

    Catch you later ladies......

Not impressed by the weather... I wanted to do garden stuff today :(

Need to clear the kitchen then make scones and a cake plus do meal planning. Then clean downstairs and start working my way up to hopefully get the whole place habitable.

Finished one presentation last night... Two more to go....

    :hello:to all my flylady friends!

I've been missing foe the past two weeks, as we got the dreaded phione call at school two Mondays ago - OFSTED in Wednesday and Thursday, so no free time for internet, flying or anything other than work! I was seen with my worst Year 9 class, and only got a satisfactory, which I was upset about, but SLT and my dept have been very supportive, making it quite clear they know I can do better than that (which was the reason I was so cross and upset - with myself, because I know I can do better!). Overall, the school has Good with Outstanding, although the official report hasn't been written yet.

Then, last weekend I was at a conference in London, which was exhausting, but brilliant.

Last weekend was also festival weekend for the offspring, with two at a local festiveal, and DS1 at Sonisphere. DS2 is currently working at the golf Open at Sandwich.

So, all busy round here! I have done a bit of flying yesterday and today - so at leat we have clean clothes, towels, bed linen, and the downstairs is cleaned. Raining here :( so no gardening today, but may pop into town, and then do some knitting.

Timetable suspended next week for all sorts of activities (just what you want when you're shattered...) so at least no planning - excpet for a one hour lesson for Monday, on colours/shapes/modern artist...

Way out of touch with the news, so love and hugs all round, and especially so for any of our poorly flyladies.

Hi Serena! Us too - and Froddy - we've all been Ofsteded together!

    Still at least it's done...

just printed off my e bay listings so I can check what's on and what's not. Popped up to the comp because it's their summer fair. Flung a few quid at them, on the bottle tombola it was on condition I didn't win back what I had sent...and I didn't. Bought a book for school for the RE stuff (on Buddhism) so no clutter brought home;)

    Jacket spud in the oven...
