Oh, juliejim, sorry to hear that. :( I've been there myself - and OH was made redundant twice in 7 months in 2009. Will you get gardening leave or a redundancy package to give you a bit of breathing space at all?

And congrats on the weight loss, btw :j

I get paid until the end of September and it's up to me whether I finish this term or not so not sure what I'm going to do.

I read that as 'swept the girls to bed'.

That's the sort of decluttering I approve of!

I have swept them all into bed now :D

Good news is I've lost 4.5lbs at SW this week

Bad news is I've been made redundant

WOOHOO!! re the weight and :( re the job...

If the redundancy money it based on how long you have worked there then it might be best to stay a bit longer.. but it gets depressing working when you know the 'end date' apparently :( Fingers crossed something else finds you very soon.

Packed my bag for the weekend.. got myself a nice pretty girly dress for Saturday night... and it is too small :( Wearing jeans and something roomy then :(

And the decorator didn't turn up to do me a quote :(

All in all an absolutely $h!t day.. and the rest of the week looks set to follow.
