I cleaned the back door glass and the bit of glass the dog smears his nose on next to the front door! Haven't done a lot today, I'm just not in the mood and I hate feeling like that :/

Living room looking good. Hope it stops that way as I have friends coming round on Thursday night.

The joiner is coming in the morning to measure up for the flooring. The only thing Im not looking forward to with that is clearing the room. Grandsons can come up and remove the carpet.

    Dailies done
    Towels in washer.

    Toots Take care.

Feeling really tired today, had a sleep for 2 hours after lunch then woke up with a foggy head.

Tomorrow is DH birthday, he wants minted lamb chops for tea and a birthday cake, easily pleased.

I have just started a great voluntary job walking the dogs at a local animal rescue centre, (must not bring any of them home).

Electrician is working on the bathroom (was hoping he'd be finished by the time I got back...), so the contents of the airing cupboard is in my bedroom and the airing cupboard, and the bathroom is frankly grim...

So have to plan to get stuff sorted out...
Work on presentations tonight (sort images in case I have no network access in the morning) Put away clean laundry on bed and make bed before going to sleep Work on presentations in the morning and prep for governors' meeting Work calls in the afternoon S&S downstairs tomorrow after work Governors' meeting tomorrow night Office on Thursday Work on presentations Thursday night Ignore work on Friday and do cleaning... Bathroom and spare room need to be ready for my dad staying Farm shop Friday or Saturday Garden on Saturday morning - keep currently tidy stuff tidy and make more progress on the rest Also need to find time to make scones and cake for Saturday tea time....

If I can get the house and garden back under control by the end of the weekend I'll be VERY happy :D

I read that as 'swept the girls to bed'.

That's the sort of decluttering I approve of!

Oh, juliejim, sorry to hear that. :( I've been there myself - and OH was made redundant twice in 7 months in 2009. Will you get gardening leave or a redundancy package to give you a bit of breathing space at all?

And congrats on the weight loss, btw :j
