    I have a question.

Just after witnessing the 'accident', the passenger gets out of the car (to attend to the wounded presumably) whilst the driver 'follows the !!!!!' to get her registration number? Why? He's already got a record of the number plate on the dash cam.

Maybe he doesn't have confidence in the police turning up and catching her.

She could report the car stolen when she gets home.
If at first you don't succeed, maybe bomb disposal isn't the best career choice.

    I would do the same
a chance to stop them or at least get video of them in/getting out of the car
it could be unregistered/fake address etc

She's driving a Mercedes B-class, is anyone really surprised at the standard of her driving OR the arrogance???
Some people, they get behind the wheel of a "prestige" brand and they think they own the road. Women I have to be honest are far worse for this too.

Lots of suggestions on the various forums on which this has been posted it's that it's VIRAL ADVERTISING for the manufacturer of the camera and is actually FAKE. It's been on lots of forums this weekend and nobody has actually found any reference to this accident in any crime reports, local papers, court documents or anywhere. You'd think such an amazing incident would generate a fair bit of press interest these days wouldn't you.

She was on the wrong side of the road when she hit him, how the hell did she escape a prison sentance
Not only that, she was overtaking on the wrong side of a traffic island, thus contravening a keep left sign. Overtaking on the wrong side of the road is legal (except for double white lines etc), doing that is not.

I don't believe it's fake, it's too long and involves dangerous driving that could have gone wrong. And the voices are not that of actors, that's real.
It's strange that it has the co. logo for the dashcam on there, but that might be because the driver sent it to the co. or maybe made a bit a money by selling it to the co. to use for publicity.

Very little that happens in London actually makes the local papers and the TV news.

I have been to hit and run fatal RTC's involving 6 yr old kiddies that never made the local press let alone the TV News.

This kind of road collision is actually fairly common in London. Even the near fatal RTC involving Marc Almond was not reported much.

The only stabbings the reach the news are the ones involving teenage kids, if they are in their twenties the press aren't interested.

Doesn't look faked to me, I have seen the same attitude displayed many times in London when they were unable to leave scene due to vehicle damage.
