He may be in a wheelchair, or worse, a bed for the rest of his (shortened) life. I'm sure he didn't get off lightly after a hit like that.

Sarah all that tells you is the case No, and whether its concluded or not it doesn't tell you the offence so y. I guess you would have to cross reference every case number and see what the crime was to get an answer as to who the offender was and what the sentencing was.

Didn't have time to do any more with it, but you can narrow it down to those that were listed for sentencing, and then split them into male/female, and remove those where there is more than one defendant. It only leaves a couple, I think.

Doesn't appear in the news, nowhere at all apart from forums with regard to this video.
You would have thought it would have at least made one local paper.

It apparently did make The Times, but I can't find anything. Nothing in the local papers, either.

"The defendant Mrs Rubia Hamid was sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court and given a 12 month sentence suspended for two years, 200 hours community service, ordered to pay £500 compensation and banned from driving for three years. She will also have to take an extended driving test before she is allowed back on the road."

Only after the YouTube video was released.

The fact she is not in jail is a total joke.

That's a quote from a volvo forum, not a news report.
The times report doesn't seem to exist, that's only quoted in forums as well.

And the fact that she obviously has little regard for the law makes you wonder if she'll take any notice of the ban.

It strikes me as odd that this still remains the case. You'd have thought there'd have been some publicity about it by now.
