never live beyond your means ever
Dont buy a car that isnt really needed when you can get one for a fraction of the cost that will do the same job.
Never get a loan to try and get yourself out of debt it never works unless the loan is exactly the same as a current loan but with a lower interst rate
Always pay off the highest interest repayments first
Buy supermarket brand food rather than branded foods
always walk where possible over driving
have 2 bank accounts one for bills and one for personal money and never EVER touch the one for bills apart from paying in obviously
always have a budget...

- Have two bank accounts, one for all your bills and direct debits which is budgeted at the beginning of the month and a second for spending so you always know how much you have.
- Sign up for online banking and check it every day.
- Don't have credit cards unless they are being used to pay off debt at 0% or are being used for work expenses.
