LOL !!!!!!? Completely ridiculous, what has the world come to...always trying to blame someone else.

God knows what your daughter is going to be like when shes on her down and doesn't have someone to blame for her mistakes.
What is pi? Where did it come from?

Wow, what a lot of replies to my original post. Thanks everyone.

I phoned the driving school and they were totally surprised that this had happened and would discipline the instructor. They even suggested that we sue him to claim on his public liability insurance.

The instructor called to offer to pay the fine.

    My daughter has changed instructor.

So if she gets a driving awareness course instead of points, it will be paid for. If she get points and a fine we shall sue. Win win all round I think.

    :T :T :T

I've thanked you for the update but no way is it a win win situation, more lose lose, it just hasn't done your daughter or the instructor any good at all.:(
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

If you do unfortunately get points and a fine, don't forget to include the difference in the insurance costs from having no points to having points when she comes to insure her first car.

Well done, you must be really pleased for your daughter, and it has to be a good result.
