Used HTC warranty

HTC don't need proof if the device has not been on the market longer than the release date to current date. e.g. any handset which has been on the market less than 24 months they will repair without proof - good thing too as I'm now on the fourth repair on my third different HTC handset...in the last 24 months!0

when did you get it back? is the service time still lengthy?
They are quoting 7 working days at the moment, last time they quoted me that it took 24 days....0 -
The repair was about three days, I was VERY impressed. I've had Sony Ericssons and Samsungs that were a complete nightmare (the Sony particularly), so this experience has been a very welcome. The Sony C905 I owned for 12 months was extraordinary. I actually only had that phone functional and in my possession for about six months - I was paying £45 a month for six months and only had a £10 Nokia to show for it. I've not owned a sony since.
Plus, the Desire has not gone wrong since. Best phone I've ever had.0
