Looks like jimmy's handler has painted himself into a corner. He can't argue that he and his mates are living hand to mouth, getting into fist fights about receiving pay, living rough in caravans for a meagre and intermittant income while also making out that they have the income to afford large houses. Does....not.... compute.

I think the handler will soon tire of jimmy, he was always a little one dimensional and a pretty poor creation. There isn't really anywhere left to go with it.

Is that it, im a sock puppet, its like another world on here aint it. You got labelled a showoff who cant stop banging on about how much imaginary equity you have built up in a house so have to make out that im on here using different names.

Have you any more pictures you can use to try and get your point across.

It seems to me you cant think logically.

It is possible for people i know to have to fight for wages and it is also possible for people i know to earn an absolute fortune in the building game.

The only thing that seperates the 2 is time.

See how you go with that way of thinking, i know it took you months to figure out why i wasnt a builder so just stick with it and you should get there in the end. (maybe)

Let's answer this question in the form of the popular quiz show, "Millionaire"

Jimmy Tarrant: "Ok, Rennoman, here is your question for the jackpot. 'What is going to happen when you come to downsize your house?'

"A. Aliens will arrive from Alpha Proxima and abduct me.
    B. A meteor strike will wipe all life of the earth.
    C. I will sell the house.
    D. Biblical floods and plagues of locusts will issue forth."

Rennoman: "Hmnn, a toughie Jimmy. I was leaning towards Biblical floods, but I'm going to have to go with 'C. I will sell the house'.

    Jimmy Tarrent: "Final Answer?"

Rennoman: "Yes, I'm going for C."......

Jimmy Tarrent: "Well, we're going to have to wait for the answer because that's all the time we have this week. Join us in 23 years when rennoman sells his house to find out if he wins the jackpot!"

Or E, sell it for nowhere near what you wanted to get for it.

How is a 4 bed detached house with a one bed annexe and land not going to sell for enough to buy a 2 bed cottage? If the larger priced property has fallen then so will the 2 bed cottage!

Jimmy, perhaps just stick to making petty jibes at Sibley rather than trying a proper debate.

Your post was so illogical I couldn't help commenting. I take it you now accept that you were totally wrong suggesting what you did?

  • Odd how Jimmy tells us one minute that house prices are falling so far and fast that he'll sidestep a 2 bed house and will be buying a mortgage-free 3 bed home, yet in barely the next breath he's saying that 2 bed houses will be out of reach financially.

    Does...Not...Compute! (again)

because jimmy's out of work roofer mate who lives in his uninsured van and who has had to sell his tools to afford food will buy it for £4.50.
