BTW. I`ve just realised that my parents bought a 2 bedroom house around 1960, and they have lived there ever since, as have their neighbour and several of my relatives. Thinking about it, I have several friends who have lived in their properties for longer than I have lived here. RM's measure of "success" is obviously based on the number of times you move house, and if you have "gambled" (or not ?) on interest rates.30 Year Challenge : To be 30 years older.
