Quitting job

I am already looking to leave my current job, which took me so long to get! The management are appalling and most of my colleagues are also leaving, citing the same issues. This is actually turned out to be positive as we are supporting each other. It was difficult to get my head round looking for a job while you have a job (it's very different to looking for a job when unemployed), took a few weeks to adjust, but now I have two interviews lined up next week and one employer checking references.
It is really hard sticking the current job out (I have a colleague who resigned with nothing to go to, it's that bad) but all I think about is how great my next job will be, and how much I will achieve for my new employer.
What surprises me is how wilfully ignorant my present company is in regards to the amount of great staff leaving, all with the same issues. The management do not listen, and see not doing any work as the route to the top, to not be seen getting their hands dirty. My workload increases exponentially without any direction or strategy.
Inspiring thread BTW! You can change your job and be happier as a result!0
