My juicer is one of the whole fruit ones, so to get fresh apple juice you just pop an apple in and press on, ...
.... I think it cost £35ish and we got it a week ago and have already upped our juice intake considerably :j
Oooh, that sounds great! What kind is it and where did you get it?
My most used non-essential gadget is my whizzy garlic crusher that winds down with a screw mechanism. It is a !!!!!! to clean properly though!Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0 -
my ikea saucepan which 'locks' and has holes for steam on one side - it means I can strain things through the lid without having to use a sieve (i.e. boiled potatos). I also love my potato ricer for lump free tatties and also my spatter guard which stops curry, bolognaise etc splashing all the tiles and surfaces whilst allowing the lid to be off when cooking/reducing the sauce - it fits any size pan up to frying pan size.Life itself is the most wonderful fairy tale - Hans Christian Andersen2012 savings:remortgage £156.15pcm £5 pcm insurance reduced; 2012 Running totals: £10 goodwill requests/Grocery Coupons £12:T0

Where can I pick up one of those? I don't mind if it's not brand new, or even a little rusty.Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0 -
