I've just ordered a whole load of shampoo and baby bath for a laugh as part of the TCB £11.11 cashback & £10 off £50 spend deal. I don't need what I've ordered and I'll be honest as say I'm hoping for substitutions but if you need any give me a shout as I'm sure I could spare a couple!!

Is this in Springhill? If so, there are actually 3 scanners but only one works. Clothing has never worked for me. Same goes for the one in the bedlinen aisle. There is however a working scanner in the tea/coffee aisle ;)

It was the one at Knockbreda (Belvoir) :)

is it the baby bath that someone said is ok as hand soap or was that me dreaming?

Also it still says on Topcashback that the £11.11 ends today, so is it safe to place an order to be delivered tomorrow, will i still get the cashback?

Thats what I have been using it for and its absolutely fine....smells lovely too!! got 10 bottles of the stuff so in comparisson with actual hand soap its quite a saving :j

Don't know if this one has been mentioned but I bought value lemon curd yesterday, 22p a jar and it was fine. It's a bit "jelly like" in consistency but tastes lovely and lemony,Just had it on toast for brekkie:) Am going to stock up in case the price gets hiked up!

Whoops just noticed it on the list on the first page, but will leave my post here as a review of how nice it is:rotfl:

The value marmalade is pretty yum at brekkie time too.

If you find you have a glut of lemon curd left, I use it for making jam tarts with my leftover pie trimmings, yummy scrumptious!!

My mum always made those little lemon curd tarts - and jam ones too - happy memories.

one of my fav tesco value products is there roll on deodrant, its only 30p and when i first bought it i was a bit duvious about its quality but as postwoman and all this warm weather i find it keeps me dry all day :) never gong to buy dove roll on again :)

I also love the jars of tesco value sweet an sour sauce, great for stir frys or adding to sausage caserole to bulk it out abit :)

I tried the doederant - I'm sure it works fine but took ages to dry on me and I have gone back to the men's stick ones (Sure?) which I prefer - no drying time!

Got a reduced packet of the Value chunky chicken slices/pieces (cold cooked meats), so thought I'd try them. Good quality lean meat - about £1.80 sth a packet full price.

Made a quick dish of Chicken in Stilton with them - add a small pot of single cream and a dash of milk, and about 50p's worth of white stilton (about £6 a kilo on the loose cheese counter). Don't use blue stilton or your sauce will be an unattractive grey colour. If you have a pot of dijon mustard open you could add half a teaspoon of that as well. Heat gently and stir till the cheese melts - delicious with roast potatoes, rice and broccoli. Since there was 240g in the packet I thought it would only do for two, but there would have been plenty for 3 adults, or 2 adults and two kids.
    Hope is not a strategy.

We use the value cooked chicken with pasta, plenty for a family of 4 mixed with tomatoes and pesto or whatever sauce you choose. That recipe sounds lush.
