2007 comping challenge

Welcome emfaz and good luck with you goal. I have won a hot air ballon ride £285, a HMV voucher (well dd's really but on our internet bill), a book £12.99, a £25 Moonpig voucher, and dd has won a Harry Potter book and goody bag - all this by 13th of the month, so it should be possible.

OK I'm going to plunge right in here & I know I'm joining 7 months late but I'm going to try & win back my internet connection in the remaining months of the year!

Only realised that MSE had a comping board when I saw the latest email so came on here & have literally lost the last couple of days (had a week off work this week!) to reading threads & entering comps. I used to really enjoy it, then just stopped as I had no spare time.

I make it that I need to earn back £300 in prizes so I had better hit the ground running. Thanks very much to Prudent for thinking of this challenge, just wish I'd been less busy with life & mooched around the site a bit more to find this quicker. Thanks also to the wonderful posters in the forum that make it a lot easier to 'find' & enter the comps - cheers guys! :beer:

Did the Boots text comp today & won a £5 voucher so that's a start See, I already sorted my signature out I'm nothing if not eager

What counts towards the challenge, is it everything you win even if you use it or not, sell it, give it away etc ?

Hi again I joined on 29.06.07 and have already won two items (see below). I've got to say though that it wasn't from any comps entered on here, although I've still got my fingers crossed.

Everything you win free (or cheap text) off the internet, some people record offline wins too
