Welcome to the forum, and good luck comping. Before I really started to make an effort and actually enter competitions (I used to say I never win anything ~ actually I once did win a raffle prize, a mouldy box of chocolates!!) I hadn't "won" anything either. Main thing being is ~ you have to be in it to win it. My lot thought I was daft entering loads of comps, but when I started to win a few bits, they changed their minds, and now DD is also comping like mad as well.

I can vouch this works - not had quite so many sarky comments since I won a brand new laptop (and it's better than his....:D ) Mind you, now he keeps dropping hints about a new camera......:rolleyes:

Well - a whole new world has opened up to me today, the 18th July 2007.

I am now addicted to Comping - now I actually know what it is, thanks to you guys. I have spent the last two days grabbing freebies and entering comps, so who knows what will happen...

My access is 14.99 a month so I need 179.88 in sixish months - fingers crossed.

right im going to join methinks!
but im going to see about covering the costs for sky tv/broadband/phone when i move into my new student pad in september. thats £30/pm with £30 install (im going to ignore the m&s referal £30 and the possible £85 quidco and splitting it amongst four people though for more fun :P)

so thats a total of £390 to achieve by next september! easy? i hope so :P
no wins so far, entering for, er, two days :P

I have had a break from comping and i have been on placement so no time to enter, but have had several wins in this time so it is definately worth it even if you sell the items. Britfilms have been very good to me heehee.
