I applied for one of these last month and didn't get accepted online, but I was then required to send loads of certified photocopies of ID, which the post office normally charge for, but since it was for their card, they didn't charge. My transaction tracked at zero, but I raised a TCB ticket for the incorrect amount. Should have waited really, as I'm only due £18, and not £50.

Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm online whether you have been accepted, but we will write to you in the next 5 working days with our decision.
We recommend that you do not apply again because making multiple applications could adversely affect your credit rating.

I have just successfully applied through Quidco using Firefox with no problems.

It seems ages since a Cashback Credit Card was available. Another one to keep for a while then return!

I got accepted immediately as a student! Thanks OP!
I'm guessing we can keep it for a few months without using, and then cancel?

I have applied for this card myself (and been accepted). Has anyone actually had a successful track with any of the cashback sites??

Says it can take a day or 2.

Is there a monthly/annual fee for this card?
  • Hi Everyone

I have applied for numerous credit cards through TCB and received my cashback no problem. ( I have then used them a couple of times and then cancelled, as long as you cancel each card you shouldn't have any problems with your future credit rating

You receive you cashback through BACS payment once it clears you TCB account.

The only company I didn't receive cashback from was COMET, I supplied receipts on 3 large items, TCB chased them but they never paid up. Needless to say i dont buy anything from them anymore
