Hi, I've come to the conclusion that TCP is a total rip off. I applied and got a Post Office credit card. Nothing showed up on TCP. Emailing is a waste of time, and when I tried submitting a claim I just keept getting: Invalid parameters entered. Please review the format of the data entered. It's driving me mad!!!0

Still not tracking on Quidco (applied 5th July, everything received; claim raised 14th July). Haven't yet used the card. Correspondence doesn't say that you have to phone to register the card. Does anyone know if that has to be done, or not, please?

Odd - my TCB claim went through without any difficulty at all.0 -

We only phoned to active the UserID or security code or whatever it was. Card works fine. Why not just try to use it in a store, making sure you have another card or cash handy in case it doesn't work?
I do think it's rather shoddy that you apparently *don't* have to call to activate it. So much for security.0 -
For Quidco users, here is a little reminder that, if your card application did not get approved immediately online, you must raise a claim within 45 days (and you need the last four numbers on the card for this):

Also had my card come through straight away, raised a claim with Quidco 2 week back and still nothing.0

I just went into Help on Quidco to see why my claim hasn't come through yet. Here's what it says:
"Don’t worry - Post Office Credit Cards has been taking an average of 4 months to process claims up to confirmation stage. If your payment takes any longer than that to update we will of course chase it up for you."0 -
Thanks for this. Have applied and been accepted online straight away, will see how long it takes for Quidco to do its thing now.
Cheers
Regards

Taking a leaf out of Royal Mail's book perhaps?0 -
TCB status still sitting at "Waiting for TopCashBack"...wonder if we should give them a communal "nudge"...just so they know there's quite a few of us with problems (Quidco as well it would seem)No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0
