is anyone else's TCB manual claim still sitting at "Waiting for Topcashback" ?....you would think with the amounts concerned (£50) there would be a bit more enthusiasim from them...if there are 20 people manually claiming, thats £1000...the equivalent of 1000 £1 manual claims for tescos and others....lol...
No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere

Same here. TCB used to be very good at this sort of thing, but they seem to be slipping. I've had a couple of problems with them lately.

I've just had a message from TCB to say they've submitted the claim to the Post Office, looks like things are moving along although slowly

Yes I got same when it tracked at 0 I raised a ticket

Just to let you know that we've submitted your missing commission claim to Post Office.
No Action is needed on your behalf, we'll let you know when there is an update.
Now we have submitted your claim we have to wait for a response from the merchant, this may take 2 – 3 months, but we will write back when we have any updates.

I think they give it a week or so after you submit a claim, Just in case it tracks in the meantime and they are not wasting their time compiling a claim and then finding its tracked a few days later!

Just to help out any SELF-EMPLOYED people here trying to apply for this credit card and getting asked for proof of income: Post Office / BOI only accept a "SA302" form for self-assessment peeps, NOTHING ELSE. If you send them back a tax return, it will get sent back.

Normal people will not have an SA302; you only get it if you've made an error with your tax apparently and HMRC will send one out to correct you. If you fill in your tax return correctly, you'lll never have one.

SO you need to ring up HMRC and ask for one, then get it certified at the Post Office, THEN send it off to the Post Office for checking.

NIGHTMARE... I was planning to use this card abroad as I travel loads but now I can't wait to cut up this card when I receive it cause of the hassle they've caused me
