I like the yellow ones as well- they make the best turnip lanterns at Halloween and i like them mashed with carrot; oh and as turnip chips..got a taste for them at school in the good old days when there was a potato blight on:o:rotfl:

Hello NL. I have been back for a few weeks I think. I thought Bob was on strike as i was subscribed to the old thread (am a bit fick). I have subscribed.

Weather is fab. What is the ideal present for someone who has been married 26 years? well she clearly chose a good OH.

Easy done, I thought Bob was on hollybobs and then realised the new thread was up to page 8 ... weather is fab 'oop north too (tho' big black clouds don't look great)

Err, 26 years ... no idea - silver + 1, somthink sparkly and chocs for sheer indulgence???
