my problem is fitting in Shred. I thought I would get up early to do it, but that was before I caught my DS1 sneaking upstairs at 6am (an hour before he needs to get up) to watch tele......
I am to self conscious to do it in front of him or his brother. So will have to wait till after half term now....
Good luck with the budget squeezing. Hope your OH takes being squeezed ok...
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

my OH is doing thefitnesscamp diet/exercise at the moment and she has lost 20lbs in 6 weeks and I have have lost some of my wok to come down 10lbs to just over 17st so seems to be working
hope your ear clears up - I spent 2 weeks deaf in March - most distracting/unpleasant
Well done Mark- that is over 30lbs between you:T:T:T
As to the ear, i am just leaning a bit to the left now, so i must be getting better. The kids say i am in 'Hetty Wainthrop Mode,' so they say that is a good sign to:o:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
After today i am in earnest diet mode, as DS just made a massive roast and Mr.B made a trifle, it would have been rude not to eat it:cool:Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -

Well a bored Bob is not a good thing at times. I have resorted to more tidying today and have been seduced by a Groupon deal- the one with the Ramada hotels-£79 for two nights including wine and breakfast. I am probably not going away so i thought why not? #
I have a small pot of money which i am using, which is my emergency stash- not quite sure if this counts as emergency stash though, although i could say it is my treat for becoming personally debt free....scuttles off looking for a bit more budget squeeze...eeekBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I am just leaning to one side a bit- but otherwise not to bad. My vision has settled and the room no longer spins around when i lean back. That's progress for you.
