    hello there:

Be careful, today there a many SCAM on the internet. i find this web site as well a couple weeks ago, I not buy nothing, because never never pay with a system who no give protection, that mean credit cards or pay pal...

I think everybody must know any transaction by internet please be sure use a protection on your payments, like Credit cards ( no debits ) or Pay Pal, where your purchase is protected.

Unfortunately nobody take action to these SCAM or take longer to dissapear.

So, for the benefit of any confused readers:

    multizoneav.COM is a legitimate site.

    multizoneav.NET and multizoneav.EU are fakes.
A deliberate trick to piggy back on the name of a legitimate company and use their good name for a scam.

I'm very surprised thet the legitimate Multizone AV have not made more of alerting people to this scam as there is no easily visible information on their website despite them putting out a press release.

Just goes to show why you need to register all domains for your name not just .co.uk or .com, the damage to their name & brand must be pretty substantial.

Unfortunately anyone who has sent money to this outfit are extremely unlikely to see anything back.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
  • This site is too good to be true, i have lost £212 ordering a tv for my son for his 16th birthday sadly this site does not exist there is a real site with .com on the end but they are warning people too as they have suffered as a consequence for the bogus company. People have lost thousands of pounds through this site, and they need to be stopped, there are no visa cards or pay pal you are asked to go to the bank get some cash out, and then go to your local supermarket and pay into a ukash machine at a pay point and then get a code which you enter into the computer and you get a tracking number an estimated date for delivery and that is it, you wait, but unfortunately it isnt delivered as they have stolen your money and as far as I can see there is nothing you can do about it. Hope this helps if any one has any advice regarding how I could possible recoup my money I would be very grateful for their input
  • I too used this site and have not received my Toshiba netbook which cost me £118 I have emailed and heard nothing.
Feel stupid now but hope no one else gets caught.
  • I WANTED AND XBOX 360 250GB AND MULTIZONEAV.EU WAS OFFERING IT FOR £90 SO I WENT DOWN TO MY LOCAL BESTBUY AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD PRICE MATCH THEM AND THEY DID SO IN STEAD OF PAYING THE BESTBUY PRICE OF £179.99 I PAID £81 AS THEY BEAT THE DIFFERENCE BY 10%.

I THEN BOUGHT 10 MORE AND SOLD THEM FOR £140 EACH MAKING ME A NICE PROFIT OF £590.

    WHAT MORE CAN I SAY.:rotfl::beer:
  • well its nice to see someone is cashing in on everyone else's misery. doesn't make you any better than the scammers to be honest.
  • I bought a cooker last week or so i thought, i happened to come across this site and all comments while trying to access their site, which is now unavailable. Have rang police and will be contacting trading standards.

Both site has been taken down but why did i them so long to take down. i called ukash to find out where they have used the voucher and they could not tell me any thing as i believed if you buy vouched the should have record where the voucher has been spent to buy things or collect the cash. I just lost 247.00 to them as i want to buy 2 xbox 360 and kinect. I was a foul to have believed in the price and i hope nobody else will fall for them again. The ukash can trace them to know where the voucher has been spent but they jut say on their web site that you will not get your money back which i feel that they can do more than that.
  • i have talked to trading standards and police. Police dont know if they can do anything while site is down. trading standards told me to ring bank, bank cant help because its a cash transaction and not card, no help out there at all it seems. I hope at some point these people get caught and sent down for a long time.
  • I ordered on the 4th of july. I got 3 emails. One confirming the order. One confirming the payment. And then one saying it would on the 21st July. Nothing has come of it. I clicked the link on the email and emailed them about it. It came up with multizoneav.COM and this is the reply I got

I am sorry to inform you that the goods have not been ordered from our company. I would advise that you contact the company you have ordered from which would be Multizoneav.eu and not us.

We do not believe that multizoneav.eu is a genuine company, due to other customers contacting us with enquiries such as yours. We have reported this matter to both the Police and Trading Standards and it is being investigated by them. We would urge you to contact your local Trading Standards, the Police and the Action Fraud Team on 03001232040.

I have since tried to find multizoneav.eu or .net and both have been taken down by the looks of things

I hope no one else got caught out by this.
