Anybody used multizoneav.eu?

What a brilliant site this it, thanks guys for reassuring me that mutizoneav.eu is infact a scam. I was doing a quick price comparison online earlier as am looking to buy a new cooker, came across this site and bookmarked it along with some others. Just been going through the sites I bookmarked and this one seemed the cheapest by far but when looking around the site soon realised its dodgy. Hopefully no one falls for the scam as I nearly did!

obvios scam but lets just say it was genuine...
so it arrives as 'gift' status for tax purposes. If its a gift would the warranty be valid?

Do not buy, you will very likely lose your money forever !

Caution 1: The website does not actually tell you where they will send it from and so no return address for refund.

Caution 2: A "gift" can only be up to £20 in value to avoid import duties and/or VAT - so you will likely have to pay extra 20% vat lus duties, IF IF IF you actually receive the item.

Caution 3: And what about the Warranty ?

It all is so clever and alluring, please please do your own homework. I spent a few hours and then phone calls too.........please be warned SCAM.

Do not touch this site with a bargepole. It is clearly a scam. I found it through a Google Shopping search and it listed a Panasonic Camcorder much cheaper than all the other sites. When you visit the site, the price is another 50% cheap still. You can't buy a brand new HD Panasonic HDC-SD700 for £259.. they are approx £500 currently.

Obviously they are trying to fake the original site of the same name but with the .com domain.

Hope those who has made a purchase don't feel to vulnerable due to this scam.

The motto is, if it looks too good to be true, it's a duck.

I have emailed the registry to ask why they haven't shut down there domain.

I thought was to good to be true then when saw payment options I thought bloody is! Slimy w@nker who can't work for his money like the rest us, needs a bullet in his head. :T

I bought a Humax Recorder on July 6th for £116.64 expecting to receive it within 2-3 business days at best and 5-7 days at worst. Mulitoneav.eu are processing the order but told me it will take 11 business days to deliver. I have therefore cancelled the order and asked for a refund due to THEIR breech of conditions. Let's see if the goods arrive or indeed I get my money back via PayPoint. Either way I will keep this forum informed but I'm not holding my breath.

I just got email from he publicdomainregistry.com this morning they took it down. Before emailing them to do so I checked .net and got no active site so never mentioned it. I still get nothing at the .net domain so seems down to me.

Im on multizoneav.eu now its all there.. not shut down. multizoneav.net also there. I was just searching for a 32" TV and, like others, it come as v cheap in shopping comparison... Cheers for all the advice above, will skip it!
