• Ordered a blu-ray player/hdd recorder £135 9th July from multizoneav.eu. Multizoneav.net is the same company as my login details work and the order details come up. I also thought they were connected to multizonezv.com which is a legitamite site but they are not. Paid cash via paypoint/ukash at Sainsburys! Then decided later to check reviews about this site online. Wished I had done that before I ordered! Everyone is saying it is a scam and the prices are too good to be true with no safe methods of payment! I feel so stupid :o and angry  ! After looking at the paypoint/ukash sites I don't think they give refunds.

The .eu site is down today but the .net site is still running. This thread is excellent, just wished I had read it before I ordered! I urge everyone to read this thread in full before thinking of ordering from this site. I have most probably just lost my £135 ! Not a huge amount of money but you just feel robbed ! Would be a miracle if the order turned up!

If I don't get anything I will contact police, trading standards, paypoint/ukash, etc to make a complaint regarding this fraud and pass on all the details collected in this thread and all my order documentation. I suggest anyone who ordered to do the same if their order does not turn up or no refund is made. I will update you all on matters over the next week or so.

Heres hoping my order turns up and this is an excellent value for money company :j! As if!

Keep it real! :cool2:

Im on multizoneav.eu now its all there.. not shut down. multizoneav.net also there. I was just searching for a 32" TV and, like others, it come as v cheap in shopping comparison... Cheers for all the advice above, will skip it!

A colleague came to see me earlier asking about this site selling Canon 5D2 for £865 and wanting to buy one. The price screamed scam so I did some checking. There was no immediate information doing a google search for multizoneav scam so I've added some info to my blog.

The genuine MultiZone Av company in the UK have confirmed this is a scam using their name and have issued a press release but strangely the information is very hidden on their website.

You need to contact police & trading standards immediately. There is no way that this company is genuine as it isn't possible to sell these products at below the cost of production.

I just got email from he publicdomainregistry.com this morning they took it down. Before emailing them to do so I checked .net and got no active site so never mentioned it. I still get nothing at the .net domain so seems down to me.
The site is not down any more. Posted several blog messages about this scam and its now listed on Google so hopefully we can stop others being conned by these people.

If you go to the Ukash website they have posted a warning about mulrizoneav.eu saying they are not permitted to use Ukash as a payment system & if you send them cash you will lose your money.

Couldn't be clearer - it's a fraud site.
I've already reported the site to Google via Firefox.

Steer well clear
• Hi every one,
Thank God for this site!!
I have been reading all your comments and thought some of you might be interested in the two following emails. The first email is sent from my self to paysafecard on the 14th July, the second is a copy of the response I received for paysafecard customer services the next day.

To whom in may concern,

Hello there,
I was about to purchase an laptop via pay safe card, but I was advised by your call centre not to place the order as the company could be fraudulent.
The company name is multizone, and the web address is multizoneav @ europe. com.
I am not usually the type of person to report fraudulent activity, however I have been a victim of fraud on quite a few occasions over the past few years and I kind of feel enough is enough now!
I placed an order last night for a Samsung note pad £151 plus £10.57 shipping fees, I was offered a few payment options none being bank card, but, one option was by paysafecard.
Once I completed the order I received an email in my junk box from Multizoneav stating my order had been placed on hold and payment is required via a online link which took me back to multizoneav @ europe. com site, but with the paysafecard logo on the left hand corner along with boxes to enter your paysafecard pin code.
Please can someone look in to this website for me as I really can not afford to be scammed again through yet another online purchase and also it is unfair on other people who use paysafecard as a service to prevent fraud.
Kind Regards

Thank you for your enquiry.

We can confirm that multizoneav.eu is not a official webshop form paysafecard. We advise against doing transactions with this webshop.

Sorry people for the really long message, but I really do feel we need to see it!
I think we all knew in our hearts that this web site was a scam, but the prices are soooo cheap compaired to other sites that alot of us was willing to take the risk!
I have just been on their site and it is still up and running so if anyone out there is reading this and still considering placing an order with Multizoneav then DONT because you will be waiting a hell of a long time for your product!!....... If Its Too Good To Be TRUE Its FALSE!! and thats coming from someone thats had to learn the hard way many times and has learnt her lession well.

• I have been daft enough to have ordered something.

I'll let you know if I get anything, although I'm not holding my breath.

Have contacted PayPoint to see if there is any chance of getting my money back, although again, I'm not holding my breath.
• I also got caught out by this. Saw reviews that looked good, having seen the prices on Google's shopping section. Seemed to have good reveiws (didn't register the .com/.eu difference) and so made the purchase.

It was the following day I started to have my doubts, but by then it was too late. Sent an email asking for a tracking number, but have not heard back. Email was not bounced.

So that's £100 that I am not ever likely to see again. Have made a report on the ActionFraid site... However, even that site had to be checked out by me a couple of times before filing a report. If anything, this has made me a bit uber-cautious...

This is one lesson I will not likely forget.

Just keep spreading the word... Tweet it... Facebook it... Blog it...

Their site is down again... but for how long!

So, for the benefit of any confused readers:

multizoneav.COM is a legitimate site.

multizoneav.NET and multizoneav.EU are fakes.
