have been trying to log on since 9pm and haven't once got onto the website, same error message every time. not happy at all

The thing is.....what the heck is the point of VIP invites if you cannot access the site? Not usually this bad........poor show Next.

I had the 6pm slot and did my I really want list first, 4 of those items out of stock but managed to add everything to basket easily and check out fine, logged back in for my not so bothered about list and it started being really slow adding items to basket then it kept taking me to a page saying VIP sale coming soon, I ended up with 4 orders in total so 4 delivery charges

Absolute muppets at Next. First time I've had a VIP slot in ages, put a stack of stuff in my basket and it crashes when I try to checkout. Now the basket's empty and half the stuff's out of stock. B******s to Next; I'm closing my account.

Oh, and surprise surprise, all the lines to Customer Service (or lack of) are unavailable - haven't even got the balls to speak to their customers!

if you ring customer services and explain that you have placed more than one order and ask them to only charge you for delivery once, they will do that for you no problem.

I got on, then got thrown off, then eventually managed to place an order, listed items that were in stock and items that were to be delivered in up to 4 weeks, but not had an emailed confirmation so really don't know what is happening, anyone else had a confirmation of orders placed in the 9pm slot?

My slot started at 7.30 which I'm pleased about as there is hardly anything left now!

Ordered my lot for the bathroom, towels, bath mates, shower curtain etc.

There was nothing left for the little man so he only ended up with socks LOL!
