got in bang on 9, managed to complete and check out an order for my son including his winter coat so am pleased with that. Went back in, loaded up DHs stuff, started looking for me and now crashed and cant get back in. Glad I checked out DSs order though

No email , othing showing in reserved items, so just went through and tried to add it all to my basket again for the site to crash and sorry there has been a technical error message.

call them and its saying welcome to the next directory sorry all our lines are currently busy please call again later and cuts off

OMG THAT WAS STRESSFUL - oops sorry !! got error message and it emptied my basket lots of things OOS included branded trainers double

Don't get too excited, I got in, had 21 items in the basket - and it emptied!! !!!!!!!! I think I might lose the will to live by the end of tonight.

And also, the items I am putting in my bag now are not even at sale price. Bloody ridiculous. I try and get back in and it says it is limited to certain customers - and that I am not one of them!

well ive managed 4 orders now (the only way to get anything brought) so 4 delivery charges that I will be emailing them about, BUT ive not received any email confirmations yet!!!!!

Yup, me too. Had around 10 items in the basket & I got booted and then basket empty. It told me I was not a VIP customer, but if you log out and log in again you can access the sale but you will probably find all of the stuff has gone out of the basket. Frankly, I can't be bothered with the hassle and have concluded that I was buying stuff because it was a good price not because I actually needed it. Going full throttle MSE and am leaving it well alone. Good luck to all trying to get their orders in. The site will probably settle down and be OK in the next half hour or so.
