did you email them first to ask if they'd combine them? or did they just email you straight away?

Just checked out - Only one of the ten items I wanted to buy, was in stock.:eek: I still had a mooch about and found another £100's worth of stuff to buy. Well, I had to make paying the p+p worth my while. Oops.

I emailed them earlier today, prior to the VIP starting, to ask if it was possible to place several orders and only pay one postage. They replied just now to say they had done it :j

I placed a second order & of course got charged for another delivery so I phoned them and they're taking off the 2nd charge.
