Have you tried signing out and then signing back in? This happened to me in an earlier sale but phoned CS who advised me to sign out then try again. Good luck

Done well here too, only thing I really wanted that I didn't get was the child's play table. Did 1st order and checked out, when I put everything in basket for second order noticed it came up at full price (unfortunately at the end ) Time I'd re-entered everything I had lost a few bits but nothing essential. In all did 3 orders, so emailed next and they replied within hour advising I will only be charged one delivery. Hats off to Next - no hassle at all with site very fast - just the slight price hiccup - wonder if I should've signed out then in again before second order?? now to the shops on Saturday.............................:eek:

Got everything I wanted except two items. Signed in at 6pm had two order lists, ordered in a frenzy and left 2 out of the list I really wanted. So go on....tell me, who stole the nest of tables and dishes drainer huh? Lol only joking. Fastest 400 quid ever spent lmao

Was slow putting things in basket, has now crashed and have an error message, not sure what to do?

Hi can anyone tell me if this is one of the proper "everything on sale" next sale or one of those mid season sales which have a rack in the corner? im after going to the shop for the sale but dont want to get up early if its not worth it! lol also what time do people get there? and where abouts in the line are you i always turn up at 4 and im half way down the carpark lol

Got almost everything i wanted yay!!!! Placed 3 orders and thanks to advice on here got 2 refunded by calling up customer services.....Thanks!

I placed 4 orders, and got most of what I wanted : ) got caught out with 2nd order as it logged me out and everything came up at full price so I quickly emptied my basket and did it again. Could have done one big order but would rather do it in bits than lose things as I am too slow xx

It's a full ' End of Season' sale.

The mid season sale is October 1st
