estimating bank charges over the years

You can withdraw at any time.
As for court costs, well you've already paid them.
As the amount you are claiming puts you on the fast track rather than small claims you can indeed be liable for the banks costs too.Hamsters have no tact and diplomacy, nor do they want any.0 -

I hate the BBC recommendation with a passion because sadly this isn't the first person to say they have done this.
Ah. I stand corrected.
Moneyhunter, I apologise. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.

            Hi all,
I've had a response to my 2nd letter from First Direct, practically saying you're not having your cash back. However, I'm just about to file an MCOL, but before I do, I'm asking for 6 years of guesstimated charges over the last 6 years, as my request for copy statements was not upheld, and they asked me for £2.50 for every sheet they sent to me.
Do I still send in the MCOL with the guesstimate of charges, or do I go down the route of asking them for copy statements through the data protection process.
My only trouble with going down the data protection route is that they are well over their 14 day response time, and I want to get the ball rolling. They owe me approx £4.5k
Any help greatly appreciated.
Cheers - Chris0
